JOB DESCRIPTION
· Managing the restaurant team service & kitchen
· Making sure Arte Bianca’s quality standards are fully in place and always respected by the staff
· Pushing upselling with the service staff by doing small daily meetings and job training
· Keep the standard of quality control about workflow in the restaurant, cleaning procedures, orderings, and team development
· Organizing special events and being responsible to make sure that we’ll be a success
· Must have dedicated time to planning for management tasks
· Participate in service to manage team, clients, and operations
· keeping the sales in line with a budget with daily monitoring cash file excel file
· Report to General Manager
· Work in close collaboration with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager
The Restaurant Manager is the manager of a restaurant and Its presence is essential within the restaurant, to ensure its daily operation and long-term success.
